ENGAGING VISUAL CONTENT FOR A CLASSIC SAN DIEGO BRAND

LIKE GRANDMA’S HOUSE, IF IT WERE A ‘CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE’ NOVEL.

Chad Cline and Rocky Nichols have dive bars in their blood. Their family has run The Waterfront since the 1970’s and has been collecting and improving iconic San Diego watering holes for years. While the experience of the locations is built on the warmth and familiarity of a family atmosphere, albeit a dangerous and mysterious family, the social media channels struggled to communicate the same sense of adventure until we were asked to help with their digital narrative footprint.

Established in 1947 and cultivated over the years as a whiskey bar, The Aero Club offers adventure, intrigue, and the chance to touch danger. Despite that, it is famed for its friendly staff and familial atmosphere. The social narrative needs to pay homage to its history and roots while serving as a quirky springboard into unknown adventures for patrons.

THE AERO CLUB

Deep in the heart of Point Loma, near the Navy bases and shipyards lies this home to tall tales, cold drinks, and delicious food. It is designed to be the definition of a seaside pub and its social channels needed to reflect the genuine, fun, and just left of center vibe that exudes from the walls.

HARBOR TOWN PUB

Located through the wall of Aero Club, this renovated print shop has become home to a vintage arcade, pinball, and pool hall. Designed to enhance Aero Club, Dyno Bar has an eclectic, late 70’s arcade vibe that needed to be on display for social fans.
